By creating a QGlide account or using any QGlide service, including rides, car rental, courier delivery or shared rides, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Qatari law.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in Qatar to use QGlide as a rider, driver or partner.
3. Description of services
QGlide connects riders, drivers, couriers and renters through a technology platform. QGlide does not itself provide transportation, delivery or rental services; these are provided by independent drivers and partners.
4. Payments and fares
Fares, rental rates and delivery charges are shown before a trip, rental or delivery is confirmed and are subject to change based on demand, distance and duration.
5. User conduct
Riders, drivers and couriers agree to treat one another respectfully and to comply with all applicable laws while using QGlide.
6. Limitation of liability
QGlide's liability is limited to the extent permitted under Qatari law. This section requires review by qualified legal counsel before publication.
7. Changes to these terms
QGlide may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
