For riders
Share your trip status with someone you trust, confirm your driver and vehicle details before getting in, and reach support directly from the app if anything feels off during your journey.

QGlide verifies riders and keeps a full record of every trip, giving drivers the same protection and transparency that riders rely on.
- Every rider on the platform completes account verification before their first trip.
- Trip records, routes and timestamps are kept for every ride, protecting drivers if a dispute comes up.
- Support is reachable from the driver app for anything from a routing question to a safety concern.

Every trip screen carries a direct line to QGlide support and, where relevant, local emergency services. If a trip ever feels wrong, riders and drivers alike can raise it immediately rather than waiting until the ride ends.

Safety questions, answered
Use the in-app support option immediately, and if there is any immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. QGlide's team reviews every safety report raised during or after a trip.
Yes. Driver accounts are periodically reviewed, and any rider or QGlide-side report can trigger an additional review outside that regular schedule.
Live tracking shows your actual route throughout the trip. If a detour seems unusual, you can message support during the ride, and route data is available afterward if you want to raise a question about a specific trip.
Every report goes to QGlide's safety and support team, who review the trip record and follow up directly with the rider or driver involved. Serious reports can lead to an account being suspended while the review is underway.
