Community Guidelines
The standard of conduct we expect from everyone on QGlide, riders and drivers alike, so every trip feels safe and respectful.
Why we have these guidelines
QGlide connects real people in a shared space for the length of a trip. These guidelines set out the behavior we expect from riders and drivers, separate from the technical safety measures described on our Safety and Safety Lab pages, and apply every time you use QGlide.
What we expect from everyone on QGlide
Treat each other with respect
No harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward a driver, rider or anyone else during a trip.
No violence or threats
Any threat, act of violence or intimidation results in immediate account suspension while it is investigated.
No driving or riding under the influence
Drivers may never be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while active on QGlide, and disruptive intoxicated behavior from riders is not tolerated.
Respect the vehicle
Riders are expected to leave the vehicle as they found it. Smoking is not permitted inside any QGlide vehicle unless the driver explicitly allows it.
What happens when guidelines are not followed
Reports are reviewed by QGlide's safety team, who may issue a warning, suspend an account while an investigation is underway, or permanently remove a rider or driver from the platform for serious or repeated violations.
