Meet the women driving change at QGlide

QGlide's team in Doha spans operations, driver support, safety and product, and a growing number of the people building the platform day to day are women who moved into mobility from very different backgrounds.

Several described being drawn to the pace of a small team: decisions get made quickly, and the distance between an idea raised in a morning meeting and a change riders can feel in the app is short.

We will keep sharing these stories as the team grows. They are, in a very literal sense, the people making sure QGlide understands the country it operates in.
